Roman Temple from Wargames Soldiers & Strategy 89

Issue 89 of Wargames, Soldiers and Strategy features a 28mm scale, scratch-built Romano-British Shrine/Temple based on the artists impression of the building at Godmanchester near Peterborough and was built by me.

Details of the shrine can be found at this link.

The three page article gives constructional and painting details of this unique model. For details of the magazine, see this link.

The final image shows a missing illustration, photo 6 - which in the article is a repeat of image 5. I hope that this additional photo clears up any confusion as to how the tiled roof was built.

For further example of my scratch-built models, you can go to this link which gives details of how to order Dampfpanzerwagon Guide No. 3 - Models For Wargamers book a publication that is due to be launched on Sunday 12th March at WMMS, Alumwell.
